Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied to a full-price item at checkout (manually or automatically) can only be returned for a credit note or exchange, subject to availability.

You must return the item within 14 days from the date you receive it.

The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
All original labels and tickets must be attached to the item.

All returns must be received at our distribution center within 14 days from the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process your claim, and your garments may be returned to you at your cost, or goods may be forfeited.

Refunds Policy:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and the refund being approved.

Please note that relevant shipping charges will be incurred for the cost involved in returning items if they do not comply with our conditions of returning goods, except in the case of faulty goods.
Any refunds made are in AUD, and your bank may charge a conversion fee. This fee is unrelated to your refund.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
